Free tracked shipping on every order over $100, no code needed. Four garments clears it.
Every ENVY order leaves in the same box. Recycled board, one color printed on the flat, no tissue, no filler, no branded sticker to peel off and throw away. Inside, each garment sits in a plastic-free polybag, and that is all the packaging there is.
It is not a design position, it is arithmetic. One box size per weight band means the pallet packs flat, the pallet packs the van, and the van does one run instead of two. The saving is real and it goes back into the cotton.
Blank orders placed before 2pm go out the same day. Someone pulls the garments off the shelf, folds them into the box for their weight, labels it and stacks it by the door for the van. A tee box and a hoodie box are different sizes, because a 380gsm hoodie folded into a tee box is a crushed hoodie.

Every order is tracked, and most US orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days, with duties and taxes shown at checkout so nothing is due on the doorstep. Over $100, which is four garments, shipping is free. Printed orders take longer, because they go through the press in the yard first, but they leave in the same box.
Keep it for a few weeks. You have sixty days to send anything blank back, worn or washed, and the box it came in is the right size to send it home in. Send your order number through the contact page and we will reply with a returns label. Returns from the US are free.
After that, the board goes in the recycling as it is. No plastic window to tear out, no foil, nothing to separate.
The warehouse is the part of a blanks business nobody shows you. We think it is the part that proves it. A garment can be cut and sewn with care in Portugal and still arrive creased, late or wrapped in plastic. Getting it to your door in a few days, in one box you can put straight in the recycling, is the last step of making it properly.
The cotton gets the attention. The box gets it home.
In a shop you would pick it up, hold it to the light and pull the collar. Online you cannot, so here is what to read instead.
Starting a label or a merch table? You do not need twelve garments. Three, chosen by weight rather than by style, will cover the year.
Seven things to check before you put ink, thread or vinyl on a blank, and a cheap way to test them before you commit to a run.
Grams per square meter is the one number on a blank that tells you how it hangs, how it takes ink and when you will wear it. Here is what changes from 140 to 380.
Color is the easiest thing to change. The fit decides how a garment hangs, where the print lands and whether you wear it at all, so start there.
