Most people open a blanks site and go straight to the color. We understand why: it is the first thing you see. But color is the easiest thing to get right and the easiest to change. Fit is what decides whether a tee gets worn twice a week or folded into a drawer.
Every ENVY garment is cut from one pattern block, so the fits are variations on one shape rather than twelve separate guesses. That makes choosing simpler than it looks.
If you are putting artwork on a blank, the fit moves the artwork. A dropped shoulder pulls the sleeve seam down the arm, so a wide chest print sits differently on a boxy than on a classic. A cropped body leaves a back print less room before the hem. Decide the fit, size the artwork to it, and only then choose the color.

Take the tee you reach for most and lay it flat. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then down the back from collar to hem. Compare those two numbers with the size guide on each garment, which gives chest and length in inches, measured flat. Whichever ENVY fit lands closest is where to start.
If two fits are close, order both. You have sixty days to send anything blank back, worn or washed, and we would rather you kept the right one than the nearest one.
Color can wait until the shape is settled. It is the one decision you can change in thirty seconds.
Recycled board, printed once, stacked on a pallet. The least glamorous part of the business and the part that gets the order to you.
In a shop you would pick it up, hold it to the light and pull the collar. Online you cannot, so here is what to read instead.
Starting a label or a merch table? You do not need twelve garments. Three, chosen by weight rather than by style, will cover the year.
Seven things to check before you put ink, thread or vinyl on a blank, and a cheap way to test them before you commit to a run.
Grams per square meter is the one number on a blank that tells you how it hangs, how it takes ink and when you will wear it. Here is what changes from 140 to 380.
